You are right where you need to be
Are you struggling with anxiety, feeling dysregulated, or finding it challenging to navigate your dating life and relationships? Perhaps you feel a gap between who you want to be and where you are right now?
These difficulties can often feel overwhelming and isolating, especially when they are rooted in outdated self beliefs, a dysregulated nervous system, or unresolved attachment trauma from your past.
Drawing on trauma and attachment theory, lets unravel how these past experiences and underlying beliefs are affecting your present life.
By understanding the connection between your history and your current struggles, you can learn the tools that begin to heal the wounds that keep you from feeling grounded, secure, and whole.
